Appointments

We know you have many choices when choosing a podiatrist, so we thank you for choosing us. Please call our office for an appointment. If for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment or will be delayed, please call as soon as possible.

Insurance

Our office participates in Medicare and in many other HMOs, PPOs, and other health plans. Please call our offices so that we can verify your coverage and our participation.

Payment Options

Deductibles, coinsurance, and copayments are unpleasant facts of life. Even when a person has secondary insurance, there are still some expenses that are not covered. For any non-covered services, we accept all major credit/debit cards—and, of course, cash or check. We ask that any copayment be paid at the time of your visit.

Driving Directions

North Haven Office

The office is located in Broadway Square (on the corner of Washington Ave and Broadway) in North Haven, the same lot as Bellini's Restaurant. Please enter through the Washington Ave entrance and walk into the Broadway Medical Building, which is on the left when you enter. There is designated parking for Broadway Medical Building.

New Patients

Your first visit to our office establishes a vital foundation for our relationship with you. During the first visit, we make sure to obtain important background information such as your medical history, since we can never tell what may be important. Our doctor spends much of the first visit just listening to you, to determine what your concerns are and how best to treat them.

To understand what to expect for your first visit to our practice, please read through this page. You'll find all the practical information you need, such as a map and directions to our office, practice hours, payment policies, and more. There's also background information about our committed staff and our first-visit procedures.

What to Expect

Being well-prepared for your appointment will ensure that the doctor has all of the needed information to provide the best possible care for you. It also will help relieve any unnecessary anxiety you may be feeling.

If there are any specific questions, please be sure to write them down and bring them with you. We look forward to your first visit.

Please plan on arriving about 10-15 minutes before your appointment so we can copy/scan your insurance card and finish up any remaining paperwork. Thank you!
